Tiorkin Jewelry provides a 30-day money back guarantee. A full refund will be granted under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt and must be in its original condition.
  2. The product must not be damaged, worn, used or resized. (excluding special orders).
  3. The product must match the product details exactly.
  4. The original certificate(s) must be returned with the product.

There will be no 30-day return policy in case of an approved extended payment plan.

Refunds of payments will be made in the same way as they were received, that is, in the original form of payment by bank transfer, PayPal or cash.

In the event of a refund, authorized refunds will reflect the sum of the transaction indicated on the invoice provided by Tiorkin Jewelry. Tiorkin Jewelry is not responsible for any additional fees or charges levied by banks, any dues, VAT, taxes or surcharges that may be charged by the country of importation of the client or by any other parties throughout the process.

Refunds will be made in the original form of payment, by check, bank transfer or through PayPal.

Diamonds, colored stones and jewelry are checked upon receipt and prior to issuing a refund, exchange or credit. Products that do not match the product data in our records will be returned or rejected.

Tiorkin Jewelry takes no responsibility in the event of the central stone falling out.
