Tiorkin Jewelry strongly recommends carrying out all repair and maintenance work at our workshop in order to ensure a high level of work, as well as to retain the warranty.
Products that have undergone any kind of work by external sources will no longer be subject to warranty.
Tiorkin Jewelry provides a lifetime warranty for the following warranty cases:
- Loss of a stone (up to 0.05ct), we provide a free stone for the product (up to 0.05ct).
- Cases of defective products are subject to warranty (only).
- Tiorkin Jewelry provides, once a year, a free renewal and maintenance service for items purchased at Tiorkin Jewelry.
- Tiorkin Jewelry provides a free resize or length change service. The free resize or length change service can be provided only once after purchasing a product manufactured by Tiorkin Jewelry. Subsequent resize or length change will be paid services.
- The warranty does not cover cases of diamonds, which are more than 0.05ct, falling out, or more than 2.5mm for other precious and semiprecious stones.
- The warranty does not cover cases in which the product sustained damage, or was damaged due to improper wearing and use.
